Frilligan
Frilligan is the biggest troublemaker in the lake. He loves mischief, pranks, stealing and not doing work. He has a tough-guy attitude, though tries to squeeze his way out of any real trouble that may approach. He also loves "Hot Babes", especially mermaids, and keeps trying to get a date despite the 99%rejection rate. He lives with his mother and loves her very much.
