Cecile is a big, strange enigma of a hammer-headed shark. Whether she was born that way or the frequent head bashing against rock did it, she's not quite right. She's loud, bold, brash, loony with the most outlandish ideas. Her main hobbies include smashing rocks with her head and hunting for evil spirits.
