Brooke
Brooke is a grumpy and anti-social Mermaid who basically like to relax in a quiet and peaceful place. She is very mean with her neighbors (Except Cecile for unknown reasons) and doesn't like being bothered. She has a Leech pet (or more likely, Lamprey pet) called Lampree. Don't annoy her, because she has electric hairs to shock you.
