Johnny
Johnny is Mugman's neighbor. He is very sadistic and tends to commit heinous acts, likes to destroy stuff, mess with insects, hit rocks at passing cars (Like in « Rock Tennis ») and other acts of delinquency. Everybody seems to abhor him, except Mugman for an unexplained reason. He's shown to be a bit of a "ladies man", though most girls seem to reject him (Especially Pementa). Even though there's always tension between him and his father, they complain about the weirdest topics..
